We are a small team dedicated to cooking delicious, all-natural borscht in convenient cups and delivering it across America.
Like many of our customers, we are immigrants — people who simply wanted a warm, home-style meal in the middle of a busy day. That’s how the idea was born: ready-to-eat borscht in a Retort pouch, easy to heat in the microwave, whether you're on the road or at work.
We don’t use preservatives, chemicals, or shortcuts. Only real ingredients, generous portions of meat, garlic croutons on the side, and care in every cup.
Our borscht tastes just like home — only now it’s travel-ready.
And soon, we’ll add more beloved dishes to the menu: buckwheat with beef, Uzbek-style plov, shchi, and meatballs in tomato sauce.
We do this for our own. For those on the road. For those who value real food and their time.
